Curry Turkey Salad

  • 3 c. cooked, chopped Hi Pro Foods turkey
  • 2 stalks diced celery
  • 1 T. diced onion
  • 1 carrot, sliced in thin rounds
  • 1 can sliced water chestnuts
  • ½ c. slivered almonds
  • ½ to ¾ c. real mayonnaise
  • ½ tsp. salt 7 pepper to taste
  • 1 to 2 tsp. curry powder

Lightly toss turkey, vegetables, and nuts.  Mix together mayonnaise, and seasonings; toss with turkey, veggies, and nuts.  Refrigerate for several hours.  Serves 4 to 6 lunch portions.
